how much should i sell my drumset for?

this is a ludwig 5 piece drumset with aquarian heads, an iron cobra double bass pedal with two sets of beaters, sabian ride cymbal, a sabian high hat, as well as a sabian splash, and a 20″ sabian dark crash cymbol.

ive had this drumset for about 5 years and the double bass pedals for about 2

you will need specifiy more. a “ludwig” kit could be worth anything from 800 (used) up to 3000..same goes for sabian cymbals..

if you paid 1500 for the kit, sell it for around 600-800 depending on the condition. if the cymbals are around 1000, sell for around 300-400 depending on condition (cracks, coloring etc). the pedal should add around 80-100 dolars, the beaters dont make a difference, nor do the heads really unless they havent been used.

if the kit was purchased for say, 3000, sell for around 1600-2000. if it was 4000, sell for around 2500-3000.

if the cymbals were from a better sabian range, say, altogether worth 2000 dollars, they are probly worth around 900-1100.

and obviously add the cymbal value and kit value together, then take into account the condition of everything, such as scratches, and it will make it worth alot less, say from around 2000 for the kit down to 1200 or so, if there is anything that alters the sound in an obvious,or not obvious, bad way…
